Over the decades we have seen laws been made and laws been quashed but what shall happen when the body responsible for quashing laws make one that pulls out every being be it man, women or an animal out of their home. Supreme court being the backbone of democracy has passed a law that not only degrades the age old Aravalli which is the godfather of all the mountain ranges in India but has also trampled the spirit of democracy.
Where shall we go when the body built to safeguard the rights of people, right of an individual , right of every being on the face of a nation develops such a law. Where shall the people go when the body built to keep a check on other law makers makes such a blasphemous law. In a nation where the capital is gasping for air the court has decided to join the hands of tyranny , instead of making laws to relieve its citizen it has made one to pile up their sufferings. The demolition of aravalli seems like a test of endurance of people, to what degree can people of this nation be maltreated. The body responsible for the safeguard of every being has decided to kill everything that comes between the leverage of beneficiary and desertification of the adjacent areas. A mockery not just to human being but towards the mother earth itself by not only showing the selfishness of human being but also by showing her the pride of humans which has refused to consider one of the oldest creation of hers as a mountain range. The mining of Aravalli is gonna be the worst humans did in this planet and will hang down the head of every being on the planet. The most bothering thing will be the aftermath, Aravalli is just a start what if we decide to span our wings more and thousands of years later decide to go for other ranges , a day will come when a future generation inspired by us will consider to ill fate the Himalayas as well.
